Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Order & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
  

• We currently accept prepaid and COD orders only.

Processing & Shipping

• All our t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for processing before dispatch.
  

• Standard delivery timelines:

• Domestic (India): 3–5 working days after dispatch

• International: 7–15 working days after dispatch.

• In rare cases of delays (strikes, lockdowns, etc.), timelines may extend slightly.
  

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  

• Exchanges: We will bear the shipping cost for sending you the replacement.
  

• Returns: Refunds are issued only as a gift card/credit note, valid for future purchases on our website. A return shipping fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must pass our quality check. It should be:

• In original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  

• Free from stains, odours, or damage
  

• With original tags and packaging intact\
  

• Returned along with the original box/packing

Gift cards are issued only after inspection of the returned item at our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
  

• In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund (to your original payment method).

Final Sale Products

• Products marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Method

• Refunds are provided only as a gift card/credit note, valid for use on our website.
  

• Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
