Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase with us, you automatically agree to the terms below.
Orders & Cancellations
– Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
– Please review your cart, size, shipping address, and contact details carefully before checkout.
– We accept prepaid, postpaid, and partial payment orders.
Order Confirmation
– Once payment (full or partial) is successfully completed, the order is considered confirmed and enters production.
– As our products are made to order, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after checkout.
Partial Payment Orders
– For select orders, we may offer a partial payment option where a small advance payment is made during checkout and the remaining amount is payable at delivery.
– The advance payment amount is ₹200 and is required to confirm and process the order.
The advance payment is non-refundable under the following circumstances:
– Order cancellation by the customer
– Refusal to accept the order at delivery
– Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
– Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer
– Shipment returned to origin (RTO)
If a customer refuses the order at delivery, the ₹200 advance payment will not be refunded as it covers packaging, handling, and logistics costs.
Orders placed using the partial payment option are considered confirmed once the advance payment is completed and cannot be cancelled.
Processing & Shipping
– All our t-shirts are made to order.
– Processing time: 5–7 working days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery timelines:
– Domestic (India): 3–5 working days after dispatch
– International: 7–15 working days after dispatch
– Delivery timelines may extend slightly in rare situations such as courier delays, strikes, lockdowns, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
– Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next working day.
Delivery Attempts
– Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
– Customers must ensure their phone number is reachable and someone is available to receive the order.
Orders may be returned to origin (RTO) if:
– The customer refuses delivery
– The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
– The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
– The customer is unreachable on call
In such cases, any advance payment made will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
– All products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below.
RETURNS
How returns work
– After submitting a return request, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 1–4 working days.
– Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a mandatory quality check.
Quality check criteria
The product must be:
– Unworn and unused
– Free from stains, odour, or damage
– With all original tags attached
– Returned in original packaging and box
If the return is approved
– Refunds are issued only as store credit.
– A ₹200 reverse logistics fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
– Store credit can be used on our website for future products and upcoming events.
If the return is rejected
– If the product does not meet return standards, it will not be accepted.
– The customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the shipping cost to get the product back from our warehouse.
–In the event that a prepaid order is returned due to the customer being unavailable after three delivery attempts, we will contact the customer directly. If the customer remains unreachable for 7 days from the date we receive the return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. A deduction of ₹200 will apply to cover reverse logistics.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
– If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– An unboxing video is mandatory to verify the issue and prevent misuse.
Once approved
– A full refund will be issued as store credit, or a free replacement will be arranged (subject to availability).
– All logistics costs will be covered by us.
EXCHANGES
– To exchange a product, the original item must be returned first.
– Once approved, the issued store credit can be used to place a new order.
Exchange charges
– Exchanges are free only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
– For all other exchanges, a ₹200 reverse logistics fee will be deducted from the store credit.
FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
– Products marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
STORE CREDIT
– All refunds are issued as store credit only.
– Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
– Store credit can be used during checkout on our website.
– Store credit can be used to purchase tickets to our events.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
– Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the customer account being restricted from future purchases.
– All order records, delivery confirmations, and communication history will be used as evidence to resolve disputes.
Fraud Prevention
– We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or intended for misuse of our policies.
– Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders.
